Hey thanks for this very helpful information. Honestly, I do constipate. I want to agree with you that constipation doesn’t lead to serious problem but it’s not what other sources are telling me. They said it can lead to colon cancer which is now one of major causes of deaths. Well i don’t want to take my chances of that. So i just want to ask; how can i stop constipating? Will a good diet do?
Thanks!
