Home Remedies for Tummy Ache

There are various reasons for your Tummy Ache, some may be serious but some are not. If you feel more pain in your tummy or you have pain in tummy for long time, please visit the doctor immediately. If the pain is mild, then you can also try some measures at your home but in case, you can’t get relief from these measures, please take advice from the doctor and don’t continue these home measures.
Some of the measures which you can take at your home include:
- If you think that you are feeling pain in your tummy due to hunger, please eat something because not taking foods for long hours create tummy ache.
- You can also use heating pad on you tummy, to get relief from the pain.
- Lie down on your bed and take rest for some time.
- In case of tummy ache you should avoid oily and spicy food.
- Sometimes you have tummy ache due to acidity. So in that case you can eat bland food, rice, bread etc as they absorb the acid and you feel relief from the pain.
- You can also try cool water. Sometimes you can get relief from the pain when you drink cool Water.
- There are various type herbs which help in digestion. Herbs like ginger, peppermint or aloe Vera improves your digestion.
- You can also drink herbal tea like ginger or chamomile tea.
- You can also eat fruits like papaya and banana which are good for your tummy.
- You can also try some antacids, if the cause of pain is acidity
