Understanding Constipation Symptoms

As we know that constipation is a problem in which person generally gets problem in passing stools. Basically the symptoms of constipation depend upon the various factors such as bowel habits, diet factors, age of the person etc. Various problems generally face by the people if they are suffering from the problem of constipation includes various things.

The common symptoms includes difficulty in starting or completing a bowel movement, infrequent passage of stool, passing hard stool after pain, irritable bowel syndrome, cramp in abdominal, abdominal pain, excessive gas, change in bowel habits, intestinal obstruction, nausea, vomiting, no defecation, and inability to pass gas, distended abdomen, headaches, and loss of appetite, coated tongue, bad breath, bad taste in your mouth etc.

Generally people suffering from constipation have less bowel movement which may vary from 3 bowel movements per day to 3 bowel movements per week. Older people have more chance to develop constipation which is 5 times more likely than younger people.
